Who is shoptova.com?

Shoptova.com is an online store dedicated to serving the fashion ,art and online community by offering large variety of merchandises ,brands from hundreds high quality merchants at an affordable price! What method of shipping do you use? 

We generally ship the majority of our packages via Fed Ex www.fedex.com and the United Parcel Service www.ups.com and UPS. www.ups.com . We use proper packaging to insure that your package will arrive in perfect condition. 

Will you notify me when my order ships? 

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email to let you know when we have received your payment, and to let you know that your item has shipped. Spam-blocking software and other factors will sometimes block our notifications. Once an item is paid for and the payment is posted in our system, the shipping receipt is automatically printed in the warehouse where your items are pulled for shipping. We currently ship FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We include the carrier's tracking number, if it is available, in our email notifying you that your order has shipped to you so you can track the status of you package if you like. If you are an International buyer we ship everything via FedEx International.

How do I track my packages? 

When you receive our “Your item has shipped” email, it will include your tracking number. You may log in to your account at www.shoptova.com to check your order statue (if you registered), go to www.fedex.com , www.ups.com or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to receive an up to date status of your shipment. We will let you know which is shipping your order 

How much is shipping? 

At Shoptova.com We try our best to save you money on shipping. Our shipping cost is based on standard shipping cost by majors shipping company. Your shipping cost is calculated when you add merchandise to your shopping cart. However all order over $150 automatically get free shipping For international orders, please email us at customercare@shoptova.com for the shipping cost.


Will you insure my package?

Yes! Packages shipped by UPS and Fed Ex will be automatically insured and is included in the posted shipping cost. 
Post Office Box holders - We can no longer send insured shipments over $50 to P.O. Boxes. If we must ship to a P.O. Box at your insistence, it will not and can not be insured and will be sent at your own risk via the Postal Service.


How fast do you ship?

We ship your package in the order it was received. As soon as payment is made we usually will ship your package within 3 to 10 business days. Why the delay? We partenered with hundreds of reputable merchants to get you the lowest price posssible. We actually have to find you that merchandise you ordered. most merchandise are in stock and ready to be shipped; some are in back-order or are in process to be entered to our system. Since most our merchandise are Imported all over the the world, shipping delay does happen from time to time. But you can be assured that your merchandises will be shipped in timely manner.


Can I get a discount on shipping if I purchase more than one item? 

You can save on your shipping costs when you order reaches $150. All orders over $150 are shipped free at shoptova.com.


Where is my order & why hasn't it shipped yet? 

We always keep you informed of the statue of your order automatically .We also let you know when we have received your payment, and that item has shipped.

Spam-blocking software and other factors will sometimes block our notifications. Please check your email settings, spam folder or junk mail folder if you are not receiving our emails.

What countries do you ship to and what is the shipping cost? 

Shoptova ships all over the world . But If you are located outside the US, We want you send us an email with your shipping address and the item you are interested in to customerservice@Shoptova.com for more accurate shipping rate and we will email you with the shipping cost to your country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is via Fedex ONLY. Pricing is at their published International rates. Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees are the responsibility of the International Customer and NOT of Shoptova.com 

How do I checkout?

Shoptova.com was designed to make your checkout process easy as 123, Our 1 page checkout process will save you time. With our checkout you can add multiple items to your shopping cart and when you are ready just select checkout now,  Follow these simple steps to complete your order...
Note: Please checkout as soon as you have decided on your items. We have limited quantities of certain items.  You also can save  your order for later purchase date.

Step 1) Enter your email address 

Step 2) Fill in your name, shipping address & phone number

Step 3) Choose your payment method we accepts direct credit card payments using Visa, Master card or Discover. We also accept Paypal. We accept checks and money orders, our mailing address is provided at the completion of checkout.

Step 4) Fill in Billing address or select button to auto fill your shipping address.

Step 5) Review your order information & select checkout now.

Step 6) Print page for your records. If paying by check the mailing address will be given on the completed checkout page.

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your order. 


What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept direct credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept Paypal as well. When paying by Money Order, Cashier Check or personal check, our mailing address is provided to you at the completion of checkout. Shipments paid by personal check are subject to a 10 day hold to verify funds.


Where are the items I placed in my shopping cart? 

For web site orders, it is important that you complete the checkout process, to receive your order faster. If you wish to  order in later date, you have the option at checkout to do so. just choose that options  ,if that is what you wish to do.

What is your return policy? 

We guarantee your satisfaction when dealing with us at Shoptova.com 

You may return any item that you are not happy with for any reason within 30 days of the receipt of the item. We will be happy to either replace or repair your item, if applicable, or issue you a full refund. 

If you are returning the item due to some fault of ours, we will refund your purchase price, our original shipping, and your return shipping charges. If you are returning the item for some other reason, we will only refund your purchase price. Your refund will be issued after we receive the item.


My package is damaged, what do I do now?

We have a very good track record of packages arriving safely, but we do realize things happen. Please contact customercare@shoptova.com and we will arrange for you to return the item to us and arrange to have the item replaced or issue you a refund.


I noticed an item on your site yesterday, now it is gone... 

Sorry about that! Our inventory moves quickly. We occasionally get limited quantity item from desperate merchants who want fast cash to cover their expenses. So if you see anything in our site that you like, you best option is to place your order immediately. To find out if the item you need is in stock or back-order please email us At customercare@shoptova.com with item name and number We will do our best to find for you

May I request a morning delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery times. Our delivery hours are between 8:30am and 5:00pm, your local time.


If I am not available to receive a delivery, will shoptova.com leave the merchandise at my front door or in a spot that I specify?

Shoptova.com and it's third party shippers are not able to leave merchandise valued at more than $100 without a signature at the time of delivery.


What is your return policy?

All order from Shoptova.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.You Can.We will gladly refund your money, exchange the item, or issue you a credit with the following exceptions: 

› Technology items must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange. 

› Notebook PC's, , PDAs, handheld computers, digital cameras, and opened software with their original packaging and accessories cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.

› Special Order and custom made items delivered directly from the manufacturer cannot be returned unless the product arrives damaged.


How do I get a copy of my online receipt?

If you are a registered user, you may login and click on Order Tracking to view a history of all orders processed under your account. Click on a particular order number to view and print your order details. If you are not a registered user, you will need your order number and the phone number or account number used at the time of purchase.

What is your return policy for Special Order items?

Special order items are special made for you and are non-returnable. We ask that customers make their selections very carefully. Shoptova.com guarantees that if the customer is not satisfied with the quality or condition of the order, it may be exchanged or returned for a full credit.
